Call the court where you think a warrant was issued and ask. Explain that you want to clear it up.

If you don't want to call the courthouse try doing a court search for Springfield. Usually outstanding warrants are listed publicly.

call the court in springfield and ask to speak to the court magistrate. Find out if you can send the money or if they have already issued a failure to appear in court warrant. If so you will have to turn yourself in and bring a bondsman with you. Unless it's a cash bond and then you need to bring alot of cash. and of course unless the judge orders you to serve time in jail. good luck and happy new year.

Call the police station and ask. Tell them you want to know because if you have a warrant, you want to come in and do the right thing.
