How about those new year resolutions?

I don't really actually follow New Year's resolutions, I make them, then I forget to do them for less than a week. This year it is to be more active and exercise more. But I really want to actually do it, for my own confidence.

    To make them work you really need to have a plan - in your case, like planning to exercise at a certain time every day. Then when that time comes and that little lazy voice says he doesn't want to, you just get up and do it anyway. Good luck!
