I've gone through the dreams of lost loved ones many times, and I've learned quite a bit about how they seem to work.

First, since both of them are gone then obviously they're together now. I don't think you need a sign to know that.

I think your dreams are your subconscious mind's way of processing the loss and processing the idea that your grandmother and grandfather are both together now. Emotionally, if you grandfather died a while ago, you may have processed the idea of your grandfather's not being here. While your head my know that your grandmother is in the same place as your grandfather now, your emotions have processed that loss to the point where your emotions "feel equally" about both people.

Six months isn't a very long time after a death. You'll probably have dreams of your grandmother (and grandfather) from time to time for another while.

It may not be easy for people to send signs, and there's the chance that a person who loved you wouldn't want to be sending signs to you and maybe interfering with your learning how to move on in this Earthly world without them. Either way, I don't think you should be looking for any signs right now.

People believe different things, but I believe that any signs that could come won't come in the form of a dream. I believe your dreams are your own thing and your own mind's way of processing your emotional stuff. Don't be surprised if you even get an occasional bizarre dream that involves your grandmother or grandfather. If you have discomfort in the dream or if there are images you don't like it would most likely be your pained (and maybe kind of hidden) emotions being "assigned" images in your mind so you can process them rather than leave them on the subconscious level.

Sometimes we can see things in life (not dreams - but life) and wonder if they're a sign. They don't happen often, and we're not even sure they're a sign; but they can make us wonder if they are - and sometimes that's enough.

After my father had died a rosebush he had planted and cared for but that hadn't bloomed in a while suddenly sprouted a big, yellow, rose around the time of the anniversary of his death (which didn't happen to be rose-blooming time). I'll never know if it was a sign or not, but just having that happen and being able to wonder about it has, in its way, been comforting.

If you don't get any signs don't worry about it. Your grandmother may want what is best for you, and that is for you to get used to having her only in your memories for now. I don't think you should be waiting for signs. Let them show up unexpected if they are to come (and it could be a while even if a sign were to come).

Try to find happy things to think of because that's what your grandmother would want.

I often dream of my grandparents. My grandmother died in 1977 and my Grandad in 1996.

I also lost my brother in '96 and my father in 95.

My brother came twice to my dreams to tell me he was ok and I shouldn't be sad. My grandad came and told me I could join him whenever I was no longer needed by someone here.

My father came and he looked so well! He was wearing the suit we buried him in.i asked him how he could be here since he was dead and he said"I can be just about anywhere I want to be now".

I asked him to stay here, and he said"Hadn't you better be going on?" and he pointed to a road which I started walking on.

This dream of him was so real I told my sister. Her daughter was having her first baby and was very sick. Not long after I told my sister my dream abt. Daddy she told me he had come to her in her dream the same way, looking very healthy wearing that suit. He touched her on her shoulder from behind and said"I will be with you in Springfield".

She asked me what Springfield could mean. We were puzzled. As my niece was drawing close to 7 months, her doctor was very worried. She was in bed and vomiting. The doc told my sister she wanted my niece to see a specialist in Springfield Missouri!!

My sister's grandson was born at 4 pounds and 12 ounces and needed no oxygen or anything.

    Sometimes dreams come true.

It means they are stuck between worlds. If ones body is not cremated at the time of death they generally remain as ghosts. Or if one dies abruptly (accident murder etc. ) or suicide) Being Buried in a coffin is so Arctic and not natural. We waste so much space of the land and it pollutes the earth also. That is why we are supposed to cremate the body. So the soul can move on . people are very attached to their body and if they think of it at the time of death we stick around. We are supposed to think of Our Creator. also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, Etc. If we do this at the time of death we will go to the spiritual blissful abode. go to krishnaculture. for details on the Soul, Reincarnation, Karma, etc.
