Mount Tabor is 1,843 feet (575 m) above sea level, but it is not the highest point in Israel. Har Meron is a mountain in Israel 3,955 feet (1,208 m) above sea level and is the highest point in the country. There are ski areas around Mount Tabor, but I'm not sure if people actually ski on it.
I hope that was helpful.
