Sulfuric acid. Buy a battery fluid tester for a few bucks at any auto parts store and a quart of sulfuric acid at any pharmacy, add a bit at a time till your readings on the tester are at optimum.

If it is a sealed battery, second answer is great.

If not, check water level and add some.

    If not, charge the battery.

    If not, change the battery.

You add electricity with a charger, and if that doesn't work, replace the battery.

Each cell needs to be full of water. I've heard of using a regular 325mg aspirin for each cell. Also i've heard of people using a penny in each cell but not sure how that works. I would try the water and the aspirin first.
