It's a Valium. The 10 means 10 Mgs/ The 5 mgs are yellow. A Pharmacist can confirm. FYI The Rolling Stones had a song about Valium called "Mother's Little Helper" and refers to the 5 mg..."And though she's not really ill, there's a little yellow pill. She goes running for the shelter of her mother's little helper......."
