The essay prompt is the question you should answer in your essay. Too bad you didn't tell us the prompt, but....Your first paragraph should have 3 sentences.

    1. The first sentence should be ABOUT the prompt. Like...World War I began in ____ and ended in____.

    2. Your second sentence should be your answer to the prompt. Like, World War I accomplished many things.

    3. Then your last sentence should be your thesis - your 3 details - (using the example from above - 3 things that were the main accomplishments of WWI).

The second PARAGRAPH is all about the first detail in your thesis.

The third PARAGRAPH is all about the second detail in your thesis.

The fourth PARAGRAPH is all about the third detail in your thesis.

The fifth and final PARAGRAPH is your conclusion.

    Good Luck!
