National Dish of the U.S. Virgin Islands?
I would like to know what is the national dish of the USVI? St. Croix in particular.
I had a feeling it was funji and fish. I saw it on some website. Thank you Hector.
I actually saw that funji and fish was the national dish of the BVI. Could be the same for USVI I guess.

We don't have one but I believe if we ever chose an official dish it would either be boiled fish and fungi (cornmeal mush) or conch in butter sauce.Source(s): I live on St. Thomas http://www.vihistory.com/quickfacts.html

Don't know if there is an official national dish but conch is one of the favorites throughout the Virgin Islands. Try conch fritters, stew, etc.
