Crash Diet to lose weight. If you don't have one, don't answer, please.?

This isn't for any silly reasons. I want/need to join the military. I have to take care of myself because I have no one but me and I don't have a year to "safely" lose my weight. I exercise I just need some ideas on some "crash diets." I was thinking of just eating celery, carrots, broccoli, and cereal. I've done this before and kept the weight off for 4 years before I fell into a negative lifestyle. I need positive responses for QUICK results. Not "don't do it." Thank you.

    water and fruits and veggies. You're hungry, but at least what you're eating is healthy. Also, water fills you up. You can drink coffee, too, which helps curb your appetite.

    Have you tried a cleanse? I tried exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried a 9 day cleanse.     Nothing but protein (eggs, cheese, beef, chicken, fish). Your body will go into ketosis (after about 3 days) and will begin to burn calories much more efficiently. You can check whether you're in ketosis or not by peeing into a test strip called a ketostick (available at the pharmacy without prescription but sort of expensive as I recall). The moment you eat any carbohydrates (sugars, veggies, fruits) you come out of ketosis and you have to go back on protein alone for a while to get back into ketosis.
