How do I remove the Encyclopaedia Britannic button from my toolbar?

There isn't even an entry for this button on the Add/Edit buttons page and it doesn't show up on the change layout page.

Update:

Thanks TwoWolves, but that doesn't work. The Reference button and the Britannica button are different. I can delete all the buttons listed under Change Layout and the Encyclopaedia button remains.
