Any opinion on Samsung NV3 and Olympus FE190 cameras?

In the side by side comparision the Samsung actually looks better, but it is more expensive. I think this is the camera that will take a picture of any document and turn it into a text document or something? I've heard about this feature some samsung camera has but really don't know anything else.
Personally I don't like Samsung.
