Cheat List

    * Show every question mark as a task: X, Y, X, X, Y, X, Y, Y
    * All moves: Y, Y, X, Y, X, X, Y, Y
    * Unlocks cave Spongebob: Y, Y, Y, Y, X, Y, Y, Y
    * Upgrade all moves: Y, Y, X, Y, X, X, Y, X
    * Double manliness points: X, X, Y, Y, X, Y, Y, X 

Max Out Health
Pause during gameplay, hold (and click) L and R then press X, X, X, X, Y, X, Y, X. This increases the lifebar to its maximum capacity, but does not refill health.

Unlock Patrick In Underwear
When you start out in the first level "No Cheese!" Press START then hold L + R. Enter Y, Y, Y, Y, X, Y, X, Y. Once you beat the level you'll move on to the next level named "I'm Ready...Depression" You will start out as Patrick. He will be in his underwear.
