gettin music on to a mobile phone?

Question

how do u get songs of windows media player? i know it is something to do with the sync im not sure what that is though, i no were it is on my phone but when you click on it it says

name:

URL:

user name:

password

data paths

i know how to do the name the user name and the password i think anyway! im just not sure how to do the data paths and URL

please help me!

first of all what mobile phone do you have
