Whats the best under eye concealer that won't cost a fortune?

Something I wouldn't have to go to a specialty beauty supply for.

Hmm...I was just wondering that the other day. I decided on Maybelline's rapid rewind concealer. It's supposed to have light reflectors that brighten the under eye. So far, it's okay.

I always go to www.makeupalley.com and read reviews of different products. It can be addicting.

Well, do you want to buy something from the drugstore? If so, try L'oreal, TrueMatch. Its so great, and matches ALL skin types! However, if you have an extra 20 dollars or so, head over to Sephora or ULTA and the beauty experts will give you a complimentary makeover and you can find the best product for you. Good Luck!
