Is it a legal requirement to have a sense of humour bypass before you answer questions here?

Update:

No - a sense of humor is allowed; but sometimes a question seems to more call for a sense of humanity. A decent, thoughtful, answer shouldn't be against the law either.

    Apparently.

A personality and brain by-pass helps as well.

It should be a requirement to have some sort of humor here.
