What are some foods that are pretty high in good fat content, but low in saturated/trans fats?

i am trying to gain weight quickly but in a healthy way and am looking for foods to eat that will accomplish this goal. (ex. nuts or eggs). i dont want to clog my system up with bad fats like junk food but still do want to gain weight. any suggestions? thnx

    Avocados, skim milk, any lean protein, whey protein powder (blend it with skim milk and a banana for a healthy smoothie), dark chocolate, whole grain bread. Cheese is also good, choose a lowfat brand.

    Fatty fish are good in Omega-3 fatty acids, but low in bad cholesterol. One of the best is Salmon.

    Olives, nuts, peanuts. Italian salad dressing with olive oil.

    Try eating lots of salmon, milk, cheese, and mackeral. U're one lucky chap
