Add the digits of a number together. Keep doing it until you get one digit. If the digit is 9 then the original number is divisible by 9.

To find the sum of all the digits in a number and its number and its number, so on, its easy.
Just count the digits that make it 9 and leave it aside. the answer will be the rest.
eg: 468195 = 4+6+8+1+9+5
4 + 5 = 9 leave it remaining is 6+8+1+9
8 + 1 = 9 leave it remaining is 6 + 9
* leave 9 remaining is 6
check if its correct
4+6+8+1+9+5
= 33
* 3+3 = 6
other than that there are magic tricks on mathematics using 9
tell ur friend to write a number. eg: 5248
You write a 2 to its left and reduce two from the number.
it will be 25248 - 2
= 25246 (write this on a paper and fold it and give to ur friend dont let her open)
tell her to give another number eg. 4639.
write this below the previous no.
5248+
4639+
Subtract each of the nos.4,6,3,9 from 9 i.e. {9-4 9-6 9-3 9-9}= 5 3 6 0) and write 5360 below the two nos.
it will be:
5248+
4639+
5360
let ur friend say another no. say 7261
u hav to substract those nos. by 9
(9-7 9-2 9-6 9-1) = 2738 and write it below.
so the whole thing will look like
5248+ (ur friend gave)
4639+ (ur friend gave)
5360+ (u wrote it)
7261+ (ur friend gave)
2738 (u wrote it)
25246
now tell her to open the folded paper and see...u found the result long before.
ITS FOR THOSE WHO DONT KNOW THIS TRICK.
