    No. Your lungs fill with fluid from your heart not being strong enough to pump blood effectively (congestive heart failure), or by breathing in really hard against obstruction (negative pressure pulmonary edema) or as a reaction to some medications.

    Hot foods and laughter should be pretty safe. Enjoy.
