What is the clinical significance of a positive Benedict's test in a fasting urine sample?
What other confirmary tests can be done to confirm this pathological condition? Please help me.. Thanks..

Benedicts test is for sugar. There should not be sugar in the urine. If there is it means there is too much in the blood and your body is not handleing it well.
A fasting glucose blood test needs to be done and
A glucose tolerance test needs to be done.
