I downloaded GIMP yesterday, but i'm friggin lost.

can anyone give me any sites that have some good GIMP tutorials?

Even though it's a bit old, it still is one of the most expansive and well rounded intros to GIMP.

Did you download the Help Files when you downloaded GIMP. The Help is a separate download:
