It gives 5 pages of possible results. Is it International Accounting Standards? http://www.iasb.org/Home.htm

Industrial Applications Society?

If these are scholarly papers published by a society, they aren't often freely available. They would only be available to current members of that society, or through an academic library that subscribes to the publications of that society.

If published by a government entity, such papers can often be freely available on the Internet.
