While for the bios, you need to take it from your Playstation, and download it from internet is practically illegal.

But you can search it from http://www.filemirrors.com/ for scph1001.bin or scph7520.bin

there's a hyperlink to an Emualtor below contained in the resource record. in spite of the fact which you prefer the bios out of your PS2 for it to artwork, yet those could be DLed from a torrent website. Emulators are legal as long as YOU very own the sport!!!! DISCLAIMER: i do no longer approve of piracy, nor do I do it myself. that is unnecessary, rather.
