how do i return a product that was damaged before it was sent?

    1. Check if there are return instructions on the package. If so, follow the directions.

    2. Contact the seller and inform them of the damaged item you received. Ask for their procedure for returns, if they need to send you a return slip or you can charge to their UPS or Fedex account

    Either way, let the seller know IMMEDIATELY that the product you receive is defective

    you just simply box and tape the item yourself then you make sure you have their address the lower end of the box and yours at the top go to your local post office and they will tell you the amount for postage thats needed gl
