I wish, and dont leave out Cheney, he would rape your sister if he could find a way to get a no-bid halliburton contract out of it

George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant and Andrew Jackson are just a few of the Presidents that sent men into battles where troops were killed. Not all of the battles were justified in everyones opinion either. Grow up.

No he won't. The presidency is not a man....it's an institution...and that institution will be protected at all cost. It is the opinion of many Americans I know (and I live in a big military town) that this president and his administration should be held accountable for leading one of Americas most precious resources, our military men and women, into a war based on lies and deception. Their friends and family members are dying while the administrations partners (corporate America) are having the best year in their history. But then, history is always written by those who can afford it.

There is a world of difference. Whether you agree with Bush or despise him, he's not the same as Saddam Hussein. Bush may have delusional and egotistical problems, but he never ordered the US military to drop nerve gas on Indianapolis or Cleveland in order to wipe out the civilian population. He never even ordered the gassing of Florida cities because the elderly voters could not get the hanging chad thing right. So you see, it's not quite the same situation.

No, they are a bunch of animals there. When someone joins the military they take an oath to obey the president no matter what it is, trust me I did 4 years in the USMC. he is ALWAYS right......

No, only if we were invaded by a much larger country, pit groups against the other, made our streets run of blood, and then imposed a new judicial system.
Can't see it happening -- that county, and it's leaders, would be viewed in ridicule by the world.
Impossible !

I think if Bush plays role like that of Saddam then it is possible but in the US govermental structure it is not possible for the President to go like Iraqi president.

Only if the whole of all the political hacks who saw the same intel and voted to go along with the war in question are hanged as well.
Obviously, NO....ponderous...just ponderous.

Why don't you ask the THOUSANDS of Iraqi muslims in Detroit who were out in the streets this morning cheering the news that the Butcher of Baghdad was dead?

well if the laws were applied to all citizens the same way, yes. but the president rarely is held accountable for breaking the law. and im not just talking about bush... im talking about every president the US has had.
