Does anyone else feel that death by hanging is inhumane??
I kinda feel weird that Sadam was hanged. Like justice wasn't served.

Justice is paying a price equal to your crime(s). Sadaam Hussein killled thousands upon thousands of his own people for his own selfish gain. And I can promise you his methods were anything but humane.
Death by hanging, when done properly, snaps the neck and kills the person pretty much instantaneously. The person at the gallows doesn't suffocate to death.
So, did Sadaam receive justice or was mercy in a quick death administered? You be the judge.

You've got to be kidding me? Justice wasn't served, the man only dwelled on his impending death for weeks. Yeah that's not justice, how bout putting you in a cell and let you think about how your last days, are being spent, how you will never get to see your family, loved ones, children or anything you care about ever again. Or how bout the simple things in life, like taking a nice breath of fresh air, watching the sun set, feeling the breeze thru your hair, yeah he was a bad man, but he was still human, and no matter what kind of front he put on, he had feelings, it's human nature. That is human torture at it's finest. That's worse than killing hundreds of people UNEXPECTEDLY they may have lost their lives, but they didn't know it was coming. That doesn't make it right, but it also doesn't make it as traumatic (for them). Death Sentance is nothing but a psychological game, AND IT'S WRONG. Jesus, Hitler had feelings. Just because people can do unspeakable things that you or I may never carry out, doesn't mean they don't feel pain, they don't cry, they don't have emotions, In my opinion, he got more than what he deserved and the death penalty is the biggest load of bullshit that is a legal form of punishment.

it is one of the most humane deaths ever invented (short of a bullet in the head or a guillotine). When done correctly, the convict drops about 6 feet and the vertebral column is broken at the 2 vertebra, causing instant loss of consciousness and death. That is why the knot of the noose is placed on the side of the neck (the neck does not much bend sideways)
More humane treatment than the guy deserved.

I hate when i listen to the news and they annouce that someone will be hanged! Because then i feel like we were being just as bad by making him suffer but considering what he did i guess he really does deserve it! It is inhumane to the victims who didnt die the fast way, but suffering!Source(s): HE DESERVES TO DIE!!!! hee hee

You have to realize something, "feeling" is not how you should look at political matters. And you have to realize that the people in the Mid-east are not like us, they are more violent, and are more suppressive, so if something they don't like happens, chances are they will not talk about it. Overall, the mid-east has different morals then us, so by most of our standards, yes, it is inhumane, but it is their country, they should decide what they want

i think of the dying penalty could be humane, yet in maximum situations it is not. i think of we would desire to continually abolish the dying penalty, no longer because of the fact it relatively is inhumane, yet because of the fact the dying penalty kills harmless human beings, and we could the in charge person bypass loose. A classic occasion of it is the murderer Barrabas became freed, and Jesus Christ became carried out. Thou shalt no longer kill, does not make it suitable for the goverment to kill. a honest trial, is the place a team of persons party, and choose that somebody merits to die, and has him killed. it is likewise the definition of First degree homicide.

what goes around comes around and that monster SADDAM
HUSSEIN got exactly what he deserved........in my most wildest opinion this man, if you want yo call him that, did not suffer enough pain for all the horrible things he did to people.
may he burn in H*ll for all eternity
