    Watch your diet very close, and yes like the lady up there said,

    Have your blood drawn. If you donate a pint of blood once a month it will help. Depending on how high your iron is. I have the same problem and they wanted me to come in once a week to give blood--3 weeks every month.. Sometimes they can also give you a shot of B-12. Talk to your doctor and he can help you decide the best course to take.

    Stop eating meat and get your protein from milk instead of meat. Remember there are 8 grams of protein in 8 ounces of milk, plus a good amount of calcium.

  • dont eat minced meat (the iron mincer actually gives the food alot of iron)
