OMG!!! I just saw a picture of Dougie Poynter holding up a cigarette!!! Is he a smoker?

Question

I'm not sure if the cigarette he was holding up to his mouth was lighted or not so I need someone who knows to tell me if he is or he is not.

He's still young, but still it's possible he is.

If you do post a confirmation that he is, could you please put the link where you got that news? Thanks.
