Who is better : Tony Parker or Steve Nash?

They are two different type of players.

Parker is the better shooter.

Nash is better at the pass. Nash can control a game.

When both are guarded by a good defender

Nash passes then runs from the guy trying to get open.

Parker takes him to the hole or shoots over him.

Nash doesn't make close to as many in your face shots as Parker does. To me that's the difference and the reason why I say Parker is the better player.

Count the MVP's 1,2. Steve Nash is the Most Valuable Player. Parker's hot significant other takes too much out of him at night and he sometimes just decides not to play well. Nash always brings his A game

Definitely Tony Parker. He helped Spurs win NBA Championship more than once. Yes, winning is everything at that level of competition.
