    Everyone values whatever is difficult to acquire. The most difficult for us to have is genuine humility because we are highly egocentric.

    Humility leads to the ability to accept adversity and that is the key to effectively countering the anxieties born of uncertainties.

    "Mea mihi conscientia pluris est quam omnium sermo" , My conscience means more to me than all words. A little Latin proverb I try to live by. If I could maintain a clear conscience, then I would be the best possible me, I believe.
