Why can't I reduce pps file so it can be emailed , tried numerous programs but none can get it to proper size

    PowerPoint doesn't compress very well.

    Split it into two separate sets of slides and send them separately.

    The receiver can 'glue them back together' at the other end.

    Well, you can HJsplit to split the file into several pieces and email it seperately. You can get it here.

    and your receiver will need to have HJsplit to join them back.

    But the fun is it is free.

    Use WinRar it will compress it enough for you to email it
