I found the math section of the exam to be the easiest because it was the most predictable. The concept of the math questions are the same on virtually every test. Only the words in the questions change. Go to your library and check out some GMAT study guides. Work out as many problems as it takes to become comfortable with them. Look for patterns and similarities between the questions. Once you understand each type of question, the exam won't be so daunting.
