Why are you asking us when you know the only right answers can come from the Lord???

    Be still and listen.

    He will guide you.

If you feel being led to do all this, do not think twice.

I will answer with the same list:

    1. Long distance relationship are difficult at best but they can work The Bible says love never fails.

    2. It would seem like you have someone else waiting.

    3. I don't feel like you have the choice to pass over your responsibility as a Pastor. I think it is a life calling isn't it.

    4. Moving to another area usually doesn't solve anything because we take the problem child with us and that is us. We are the one that has to resolve our issues

I think it's sad that you come here for advice it you're a pastor. Shouldn;t you be setting an example and looking to a higher source than the Internet for guidance?
