You can purchuse the Sim card at any store selling Sim cards (phone stores like Wireless Wave, Telephone booth..) Most malls have them or you can look it up on the internet in Calssifieds or on the T-mobile site. And The cards are usually ranging from 20-30 dollars give or take.

if you want a sim card, and just use it locally, you may get it from any convenient store or telephone booth around your country. if you want international prepaid sim card, you can buy it at some online store. the sim card are usually provided with rather competitive price there. occasionally, I found a website-http://www.pandasim.com that may be your choice.

You can get them for free from T-Mobile stores if your a member with any account if not i dont noe
