does any one feel really happy ?or just living a routine life with nothing special?

if u wanna make every day more better ,any ideas or thoughts ,suggestions?

    Happiness is a state of mind. To bring the sunshine back into your Life, start by complimenting and smiling to strangers and friends. You'll see them light up that someone notices them and this effect will make you feel better inside. The more you give of yourself the more peace and contentment you'll find within. Donate time to homeless shelters and you'll begin to realize how important the little things we take for granted really are. You'll soon see how truly beautiful Life is, like the way the sunsets or rises, the colors on the horizon, the way animals are always so eager to see you and accept you no matter what, how people respond to you when you treat them special. That is what happiness is all about. Finding enjoyment in the little things, and developing what talents you have, taking the time out of each day to do something that you enjoy, and learning to relax when situations are stressful. The more you smile, the less you'll feel tense. Good luck!

    I really feel that at times you do feel really happy, and these are very special moments and events that have happen to you. Like the birth of a child, falling in love, and getting married, Helping others, visiting your favorite grandma from Norway, and many other times and events. Yes life is a routine most of the time, but there are surprises, good ones out there that are waiting for you, and you to give to others. If you want to feel that you are not just living a routine life with nothing special, then go out and do things for people that are having a hard time, go to a nursing home and visit the people there, and become their friend. They are usually feeling very low, and like no one really cares, show them that someone does care. Think of all the people that have it so much worse then you do, and thank the lord for what you have. For many have nothing, or are living in a terriable life. You will feel a lot better, and it will get you out of thinking you are just living a routine life with nothing special in you life. If you look, listen , you will find there are a lot of things you can do, and that there is a lot of special things happening to you in your life. Take time and check it out, and think about it.     To me, happiness is a state of mind you can create. Is the glass half full or half empty. Each person makes their own choice. Ask yourself why you aren't satisfied or happy. What makes you happy? Go and do it! as long as it doesn't hurt someone else. Do you judge your life by your own standards or by someone else's. Things and objects won't do it. Best of life comes from sharing whatever you have to offer with friends and being with them and friends that do the same.

    Read the Road to Ithica. It's a great poem about enjoying the moment. That's really the key.
