Is coddling a Kin wanted by law a felony?

What If the felon is my father, and he seeks refuge in my home. If he's caught, am I liable to any violation?

  • "Coddling" isn't the legal term, LOL, but yes, you're in trouble if you know Dad is a felon and you choose to harbor him. If Dad loves you, he will find somewhere else to go at worst, and turn himself in at best.

Unless you want to joing him in the Pen....

Don't do it. Even giving him money and shooing him away can get you into trouble.

Yes, you are liable. You are being an accomplice.

Aiding and abetting is another you could be found charged with.
