Any suggestions for recipes to use homeade canned tomatoes in?

I canned a bunch of tomatoes when they were at their peak but keep using them in the same recipes and looking for something new. I don't eat much meat so I prefer vegetarian dishes but would appreciate any suggestions. Perhaps a good rich, spicy marinara sauce for pasta? I can't seem to make a good one.

    1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

    1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes

    1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes

    1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

    1 onion, chopped

    2 teaspoons minced garlic

    1 teaspoon dried thyme

    Combine all ingredients, and cook for at least 3-4 hours before serving.

    There's always good old meatless spaghetti sauce and also meatless chili. How about tomato soup (homemade).

    i would use them to make spanish rice, with green peppers, red and yellow peppers, onions

    also make chili, stewed tomatoes, tomato soup with cheese and rice, put them in meat loaf,[using soy meat ] veggie stews,
