What's that movie?

It's about a family who has a bad Volkswagon...and they do everything to help their daughter get into a beauty pageant. And then the grandfather dies, and they put him into the trunk. and the brother is "retarted". Then the daughter ends up "stripping off", during the pageant and the police kind of came.
