When driving at 5mph, why does my car wobble slowly?

Matters on how the car wobbles, it may be the shocks the alignment of the tires or something that has to do with the wheels, as if something is loose.

It could be....
Tires
Wheels
Lugs
Studs
Spindle
Bearing
Control Arm / Or Coilover Strut / Shocks
Bushings
Steering Linkage / Tie Rod Ends
Pitman Arm
Steering Box
Do yourself, and us a favor.... Get it checked out... Nothing worse than an accident....

your rim might be bent, or your lugnuts loose, or there might be a bubble forming on one of your tires caused by separation of the layers(that last one happened to me)
