i believe that there is a spiritual force that makes the world go round. i think that there is a god and the facts of the christianity did actually happen and if we truly believe we might have a chance in salvation. but.. there is a big but..

we must know ourself very well in order to achieve a higher state of mind and spirituality.. i think that we were created with a higher purpose than just to exist and be good and loving.. i mean that i was in many occasions faced with situations that needed exactly my help, and when i needed someone`s help that person was there.. so i believe that we are connected in such a way that we all need to live our lives in a perfect harmony. we also have to respect the others in order to be respected.. maybe there is something after we die and that something will be greatly influenced by what we did

No, according to Christ, this life is only the training ground for the next. Christ died for our sins and rose from the dead and gives all believers hope of the ressurection. We are all tainted with sin, faults and so often feelings of meaninglessness. Christ gives meaning and also let's us know that we are not alone in our suffering. He has suffered as we have and nobody can say "How would God know how it feels"! He knows! He was spat upon, ridiculed, tortured and died on a cross as a living sacrifice for our sins. That is pure love.

Death is just the beginning, but where we spend eternity is the entire point of this life and why you and I are here. Each person has an immortal soul that needs to be saved. If they reject Christ's gift of salvation, they reject all that is of Him and I hate to say it, but a place that is awaiting all those who mock and reject the living God has been described by Christ in the bible. It is unspeakable and something that Jesus wishes to keep us out of. Part of that is asking for forgiveness for our sins and believing in Him and what He did for us on the cross and changing our lives.

I believe in Jesus and believe His words when He says "I am THE way, THE truth and THE life". He is not simply "A" way, "A" truth" and "A" life. He says "either you are for me, or you are against me". He did not mince words and the rest is up to us.

I am happy to hear that you are an admirer of Christ and I hope and pray that He will lead you to Himself fully and leave you in no doubts. However, if you have any doubts and wish to know the one true God? You only have to ask God Himself to reveal Himself to you and who He really is. And you will get your answers.

God bless you and this life is far from all there is, it's not even a blnk in the eye in comparison with what comes next!

wow I'm surprised you left Islam, cause not many Muslims leave that too much. But I can tell you as a Saint (AKA Christian) that the bible does say their is definitely a life after this physical life, one that is eternal, imperishable and perfect. We will have new bodies in heaven, without all the aches and pains! Jesus promises this to all those who would believe in Him. There is definitely hope with Jesus Christ!!! =) God bless.

I don't know a lot about the others you mentioned but I admire Jesus the Christ very much. I like that our weapon is love and that our message is love but I'm not all that happy with some of my brothers and sisters who constantly argue with people of differing beliefs. I'm really glad that you are researching my Lord and hope that you will be my brother/sister in heaven.

I believe God came to each "people" differently. If I was an african and a white jewish guy comes to me and says he is my savor... I would be like, who is this guy. We have to understand that we know nothing of what God wants. We might have some clues. But we can never fathom that true thought of God. And for those who think they know exactly what God wants and what He is thinking, you need to take another look at yourself.

My question to you though is, I never thought Muslims can get out of being Muslim. I know you can not stop being Muslim in the middle east cuz they basically kill you. But I am glad that you have found something that touches you!!!!

GOD help and bless you to understand the right believe and guide you to the right path.

As you know yourself that there is an eternal life after this life. This life is a test period for that life. What we earn over here will be rewarded in that life.

We have a very good site as a reference, giving detailed experiences, prepared by a gentleman who reverted to its nature ~ Islam.

Since you are looking the things from various angles, it seems nice to visit that too.

    Death

How can we face death? We need not be afraid if God is with us. It's in the Bible, Psalm 23:4, TLB. "Even when walking through the dark valley of death I will not be afraid, for You are close beside me, guarding, guiding all the way."

What is death like? It is like falling asleep. It's in the Bible, I Thessalonians 4:13, NIV. "Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope." and in John 11:11-14, NIV. "After He had said this, He went on to tell them, 'Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep; but I am going there to wake him up.' His disciples replied, 'Lord, if he sleeps, he will get better.' Jesus had been speaking of his death, but His disciples thought He meant natural sleep. So then He told them plainly, 'Lazarus is dead'."

Where does Daniel say the dead are sleeping? It's in the Bible, Daniel 12:2, NIV. "Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake."

Do the dead know anything? It's in the Bible, Ecclesiastes 9:5-6, 10, NIV. "For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing; they have no further reward, and even the memory of them is forgotten. Their love, their hate and their jealousy have long since vanished; never again will they have a part in anything that happens under the sun… Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the grave, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom."

But death is not the end! It's in the Bible, Isaiah 26:19, NIV. "But your dead will live; their bodies will rise. You who dwell in the dust, wake up and shout for joy."

What does Jesus promise those who die? It's in the Bible, Hosea 13:14, NIV. "I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death."

Resurrection power comes from Christ. It's in the Bible, I Corinthians 15:21-22, NIV. "For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive."

Why did God give His Son to the world? It's in the Bible, John 3:16, NIV. "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."

Both good and evil people are resurrected. It's in the Bible, John 5:28-29, NIV. "Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear His voice and come out—those who have done good will rise to live, and those who have done evil will rise to be condemned."

The righteous are resurrected at the second coming of Christ. It's in the Bible, I Thessalonians 4:16-17, NIV. "For the Lord Himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air."

What will we be like after the resurrection? It's in the Bible, Philippians 3:20-21, NIV. "But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables Him to bring everything under His control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like His glorious body."

How long will the resurrected righteous live? It's in the Bible, Luke 20:36, NIV. "And they can no longer die; for they are like the angels. They are God's children, since they are children of the resurrection."

How long do the wicked wait after the first resurrection before they are raised? It's in the Bible, Revelation 20:4-5, NIV. "They [the righteous] came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.)"

What is their fate? It's in the Bible, Revelation 20:9, NIV. "Fire came down from heaven and devoured them."

Who are the wicked? It's in the Bible, Revelation 21:8, NIV. "But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death."

My view is to life your life to the fullest. Personally, I don't see religion as helping at this at all, but if you do then I advise you to follow your heart and do what you feel is right.
