What the heck does "Chala Head Chala" mean any way?

I've liked the japanese version of dragon ball z since i was 13.

But i've NEVER been able to understand the title of the opening theme.... What the heck does Chala Head Chala mean!?!?!?

it could be just nonsense since it does not seem to have a direct translation to japanese. see below...

it means that nothing is impossible...the person who sung the theme in spanish said in a video that he talked to some japanese people who told him thats what it means
