No It won't. that is a problem that unfortunatly i don't think will be resolved within our lifetimes if ever.

Thats like saying someone who was a bad driver died.
Theres plenty of other bad drivers out there to take his place.
Its the same with Saddam. Theres hundreds of thousands of other terrorists out there that are going to be taking his place. Maybe not as widely known, but terrorists nonetheless.

No .He is now a martyr to his Sunni supporters who will use his death as the reason for wrecking havoc through the land, and maybe further afield.The Kurds on the other hand are dissatisfied as they have been denied pushing charges against him for genocide.It is a no win situation.The conflict will ,I am sure ,continue for decades at the very least.
