Frames and scrolling pics?

Question

i need help! i know it has to do with HTML and frames etc. what i want is one large pic with sevral small pics under it, as you move the mouse over the small pics they appear above as a larger pic, the site i have found for help mess me up, if some one could type in a complete format using ( hmtl code "does this") it would help. such as (html code "makes the large center frame") ,(html code "make the small pics below"), (html code "links small pic #1 and makes it appear in the large frame above"
