Dieting And Weight loss Help?

What are good excirses and diets that help loose weight? I want to know what would be good excirsises that i can do indoor rather than outdoor!!

    eat a well balanced diet. eating more, smaller meals instead of 3 big meals can help. Exercise more-depending on what you have or if you go to a gym. you could always run on a treadmill, the eliptical machines are good. Core Secrets by Gunnar Peterson (he works with a lot of celebrities) is a good workout system

    you should stay active for at least a half hour everyday. the only cardio excercises i can think of you doing inside without buying a treadmill would be running up and down your steps if you have some, jumproping, or hardcore jumping jacks. also on top of this 30 min cardio, you should do some strength and toning, pushups, sit ups, weight training (which you can do inside!) using a filled with water milk carton, calf raises, any thing you can think of, if you want extra hard stuff then do the excercises slow, and you will gain muscle quickly while losing fat with the cardio, the other thing would be eating right- staying away from the soda, candy, cake, cookies, pizza, greasy french fries, mcdonald's etc. but you should know that.. basically eat fruit and vegetables alot. I suggest clementines this time of year (winter), they are amazzzingggg.. mmm... i think i might get one right now... and honey crisp apples are my all time favorite... stay away from breakfast foods such as bacon and sausage that are basically just pads of fat. Eat an egg in the morning, some cottage cheese, and some fruit. lunch, try and stay away from sandwiches but if you must make sure you have whole wheat bread, yea the crunchy stuff, and sometimes dry stuff... you'll get used to it. you can try a salad, and some yogurt, try and eat your salad plain, but no one likes, that so you can use lite vinnegerette or something like that... stay away from ranch, or thick dressings like that. For dinner you should try having some meat, maybe a lean steak, and a potato, but nothing too much or too greasy, try and eat less calories then what your eating now, its not necessarily eating less food, but eating more food of more variety, fruits veggies, the natural stuff.

    here are some exercises that you can do indoor everyday that can really really help you ( it helped me alot and i just followed through for 2 weeks.)

    do each of this once a day:

    100 situps (will make ur stomach flat)

    50 pushups (girl push-ups if your a girl)

    100 squats

    100 crunch ups

    go up and down your stairs 10 times.

    (you can have a break after each exercise)

    and also remember to eat healthy drink lots of water and dont eat junk food!

    First, see your doctor. The doctor can give you good and realistic advice about your health and nutrition.

    Second, get a physical therapist or a good personal trainer. (When choosing a personal trainer, be sure to pick someone who has a bachelor's degree or higher.) Join a gym, and find someone who can train you there. They will teach you what to do.

    jog on the treadmill at 4 mph for 25 minutes or at 7 mph for 9 minutes

    please don't use a big diet cause it'll give you a stroke or cancer

    the bigger the diet is the more likely you'll get a stroke

    i think you should run once a day

    for an hour

    and eat subway or ceaser salads

    eat any food you want to eat

    but it should be healthy
