Hi there...I'm assuming you mean you would like to use email to answer questions for KBC? Howev er, would you please consider elaborating what is "KBC" as there are many listed on the Internet: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=kbc&btnG=Goog... Sometimes if you go to the website such as KBC's and look for "help" or "FAQ's" you can find the answers directly there, which will tell you if you can or cannot directly email people.

You can't answer KBC questions through net. You have to follow their instruction only, presently over phone and that too within time limit.
