What do u do when your a little bummed/sad?

I have a crush and i can't stop thinking about him and i haven't seen him for a while now so i really miss him.....

    Hey girl, isnt it great to have feelings for someone? Its also frustrating when you have feelings for someone and you dont know how they feel towards you or you are not able to express those feelings towards that person. The best advise I can give is to call him or write to him and tell him that you are thinking about him and miss talking to him.If he has similar feelings for you, he will communicate it to you. If not, then you will know it. Either way, life goes on. I would like to think that you have other interests besides boys. I hope you are involved in a career, or you are involved with other friends, or some kind of volunteer work. God has designed us to where we get allot more joy from doing things for others, than in having others do for us. Dont let yourself get so emphatuated with someone that it distracts you from your other goals in life. If you have no ambition, or other interests, than you are setting yourself up for a miserable life. Get with other close friends and talk to them about how you are feeling. Hope this helps. :)

    Well, ideally when im really bummed or sad, I want to spend time with my boyfriend because he always makes me feel better.

    BUT, since you can do that, there are other things you could do too.

    Working helps alot. I work 10 hour shifts, and it always helps keep my mind off whats bumming me, and by the time I get off, im so tierd, nothing else but going to bed matters. Listening to some up-beat good music, none of that sappy sad stuff, otherwise it will only make it worse. Or a good movie seems to help. OR go hang out with some girlfriends of yours. I know going to the bar and having a few drinks with the girls always helps.... lol

    I listen to a CD or the radio and sing along. I usually feel better in less than 5 minutes. This especially works for me if I listen to happy, upbeat music like swing or the soundtrack from a musical. Mary Poppins and Grease are my favorites. I just dare you to try!

    It is a tough place to be. You need to snap out of it. Time is wasting. Get out of the rut you are in. Find a new crush. Who knows the new one might just be the right one. When the old one shows up again, you just might feel differently. In the meantime, you will not be wasting your time feeling bummed.

    Keep yourself busy. Don't obsess....it is not attractive.

    When i want to forgot about something.. I go to the beach that relax my mind and just think about the future. Read a book or go out with friends or family and have a good time..

    well when i'm upset i talk to my lovesta. we have a long distance relationship but we really make it work. go look at some photos or recordings. it will make you feel better. =]

    just talk to people that you know well. perhaps even about your problem. it will help. drinking and music is good too if you are in to that.
