How many calories should I burn a day?

On a 1500 calorie diet? >_<

    erm as many as possible (( if you want to )) ... there is no guide as to how many calories you have to burn in a day ... i would consult with a doctor if this is stressing you but seriously burn as much as you like ... GOOD LUCK
