seee.. umm what is playing footsies?once i heard some one tell someone to stop playing footsies in class... it was funny!! lol

When two people are using their feet to flirt with each other under a table while no one else can see. You slip off your shoe, and slide your foot up someone's ankle, play with toes as if you were using your hands.
