It's just something that is necessary for a healthy body. It is essential to dieting, but doesn't really burn fat in any way. That part is up to you. There is one thing, it is suggested to drink cold water because when it gets in your body, you adjust by working a little to warm up. It burns only a couple, so don't depend on this only to burn fat . Also, if you drink water before snacking, you feel fuller which is a good way to encourage yourself to consume less.

drinking the required amount will help your cells to function properly and digest and breakdown food particles at the fastest rate possible. it also cleanses out the colon, large and small intestines, which aid in digestion and breaking down food. finally, water tends to have a filling effect. if you drink 8-10 glasses a day, your body will feel more full and less hungry. proper hydration removes what feels like hunger, but really is the need for water.

Yes. If the body is dehydrated, that the body will use what is needed. The remainder will leave the body in urine. Drinking about 3-4 liters of water will aid in weight loss.

Sort of, it helps release any water weight you may be carrying, and it will make you feel better. Also, if you drink it instead of drinking sugary drinks it may contribute to a small weight loss. It will definitely increase your energy level.

Only to help fill your stomach so you don't feel hungry. Drink a big glass of water before meals... and lots of water when exercising (maybe that is the most important one)

I think so. More than 2 or 3 quarts a day can be dangerous though. Up to that is helpful.

  • it helps with elimination by softening your stools & removing waste from your body. it makes you feel full but make sure that you dont over do it, you can get a fluid overload, though this is less ommon if you get exercise. but yes it does help, hope this helped

Not because it clears toxins, though water does help the liver do that, it helps assimilate fat and cholesterol. It serves as a lubrication and helps move along fat.
