my messenger list once showed names instead of handles..how do i make it do that again?

Check to see if you have changed how you view names on Yahoo! Messenger. Under Messenger on the YM menu, click on Preferences, click on Appearance. At the bottom has two radio buttons, Nickname or First/Last name and Yahoo! ID.
