Do I have a legal malpractice case?

With the help of the same lawyer I bought and sold a business. I have been sued for, breach of fiduciary duty , conversion and fraudulant transfer of funds. I have talked to a few lawyers briefly about it and none have taken the case, one even said the liability would be to high. I am out 200 thou. I thought lawyers had a to provide a certian standard of care. I don't think I could have gotten myself sued this bad if I had represented myself. If anyone out there can help I would love to hear your idea's!

The only thing I can tell you is contact the bar association and try to get a lawyer to sue the prior lawyer.
